Facebook Business Help Center Merge

In 2019, The Facebook Business Education leadership team decided to merge our three business help centers– Media & Publisher Help Center, Advertiser Help Center, and FB Analytics Help Center– into one unified Business Help Center. These three surfaces were siloed, creating a disjointed user experience and didn’t allow us to scale innovations easily. I was at the forefront of defining the strategy around this merger. Due to my contributions, we were able to create a new comprehensive, re-worked taxonomy architecture for all nearly 5,000 articles and successfully launch the new help center ahead of the initial deadline. Launched January 2022.
